I cannot recall the storyline of this episode..... but I remember that at
the end of the episode, Magnum goes to visit his client, relatively young
woman, at her home (or her father's home) and he discovers her sitting
outdoors, with a long knife or sword pointed at her abdomen. She's planning
to kill herself for doing something which was against her father's wishes.
Then I think Magnum gets into a fight with her father, then convinces the
woman to put the knife/sword down.

Does anyone know the title of this episode?

Yeah, I remember, and right after that she said thank you Mag, and
blew his cookies ! :-)
One of may favorite episodes ! But what about the second episode in
the first season ? I think the Mag had a sweet tooth for Oriental
chicks ! I prefer the Love Boat episode, Higgie baby teaching those
young Japanese babes the Magna Charta ! C'mon give me a freakin'
break, they just wanted to give Rick a hormone massage !
Or, the one Japanese chick he found in a crate, all that trouble just
to get to America ? ha, ha
